We are offering FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders.

Our delivery options are as followed: 

  • Standard - Royal Mail 2nd Class - Free Delivery
  • Standard Tracked - Royal Mail 48 - £1.50
  • Express - Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.00
  • Express Tracked - Royal Mail 24 - £4.50
  • Next Day - Royal Mail Special Delivery - From £9.50

Please allow 4-6 working days for your product to arrive.

Unfortunately Royal Mail Second Class, First Class & International Standard aren’t a tracked services so we are unable to give you a tracking number for orders. If you would like a tracked service please get in touch

Overseas estimated times & postage rates:

Europe: From £7.50 / 9 - 14 working days

North America: From £9.50 / 14- 19 working days

Rest of The World: From £8.50 / 14-19 working days

Please beware that additional charges, including import duties, taxes, or fees, may apply depending on your location and local regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

 

Reporting a Missing Order

At Game of Brews, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. However, if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Your expected delivery date is provided in the order confirmation email and can also be tracked through your account on our website.

If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@game-of-brews.com within 14 days from the expected delivery date.

When contacting us about a missing order, please include the following information:

   - Order number

   - Full name

   - Delivery address

   - Date of order

   - Any tracking information, if available

Upon receiving your inquiry, our team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

If we confirm that the order was not delivered as scheduled and the issue was not due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include resending the order or refunding the delivery fee.

If delivery attempts were made and the order could not be delivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, the delivery fee may not be refundable.

If you contact us after the 14-day reporting period, we will review the case, but the resolution may be limited based on the delay in reporting.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and provide a seamless shopping experience.

 

Returns​

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be contacted to notify you if your refund has been accepted or rejected.

If you are accepted,  your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note items purchased as part of our 3-for-2 promotion are not eligible for a refund if one item is returned. If you return one item, the discount will be adjusted, and the remaining items will be charged at their full price. 

 

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item, once the original has arrived back we shall process the refund.

Please leave your order number within the return so we can identify that it’s your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the T-shirt has arrived faulty and we shall provide with you the returns label.
