The dates below are based on Royal Mail’s recommended last posting dates, combined with our order processing times during the busy Christmas period.

 

Order Processing Times

Due to increased demand, please allow the following processing times before dispatch:

  • Standard & Tracked services: up to 3 working days

  • Express services (1st Class, Tracked 24) we aim to process within 2 working days

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it is dispatched.

 

Order By Dates for Christmas Delivery (UK)

To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the dates below:

  • Standard (2nd Class)

    Order by Monday 15th December

  • Standard Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

    Order by Tuesday 16th December

  • Express (1st Class) 

    Order by Wednesday 17th December

  • Express Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

    Order by Thursday 19th December

  • Next Day (Special Delivery Guaranteed)

    Order by Tuesday 23rd December 12pm

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.

  • Order-by dates allow time for processing and dispatch.

  • Delivery times are are recommended once parcels are with Royal Mail.

  • During the Christmas period, delays may occur due to high volumes.

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
